
Restrictions
The following
restrictions accompany the plat and are binding upon the owners of any lots
created by this plat.
Collins lots, Dutch Acres
No residential structure shall be erected upon said property that does not provide and contain a minimum area of floor space of 1,000 square feet. Work trailer will be allowed for up to one year while construction of residence is underway. Residence tents or shacks shall not be allowed. Manufactured homes allowed if five years old or newer and set on permanent concrete foundation with wheels and tongue removed. No aluminum skirting may be used.
No livestock shall be raised or maintained for commercial purpose. Farm animals are allowed.
No auto reclamation will be allowed. No unlicensed cars shall be kept on premises except those that are kept inside a closed building.
Trash and hazardous refuse may not be kept, thrown or dumped on any lot or tract in said subdivision. Each owner of a lot or tract is required to keep said premise in a presentable condition, and non-burnable refuse must be hauled away regularly for disposal.
Lots shall not be subdivided.
Turkey Hollow, 80A lots, AA Highway lots, Tanglewood Estates
No residential structure shall be erected upon said property that does not provide and contain a minimum area of floor space of 1,000 square feet. Mobile homes are not permitted except those approved by Seller on certain lots where newer double wide manufactured homes with wheels removed and set on permanent concrete foundation will be allowed. Work trailer will be allowed for up to one year while construction of residence is underway. Residence tents or shacks shall not be allowed.
No commercial livestock operations. Farm animals are ok.
No auto reclamation or auto salvage, including exterior storage of unlicensed vehicles will be allowed.

The residential structure shall have brick up half way on the front.No mobile home, trailer, tent, shack, or galvanized tin buildings shall be allowed.
No livestock shall be raised or maintained for commercial purpose, nor shall any hogs or chickens, or more than 4 large animals
or 4 small animals be kept in any lot of tract and no animals or livestock of any kind shall be raised or kept if they become a
nuisance to adjacent lot owners.No reclamation or auto salvage including exterior storage of non licensed vehicles shall be allowed. No trash, junk cars,
hazardous or other refuse may be thrown or dumped on any lot or tract in said subdivision. Each owner of a lot or tract is
required to keep said premise in a presentable condition, and non-burnable refuse must be hauled away regularly for disposal.No lot or tract shall be subdivided into a smaller lot or tract.
No lot or tract shall be smaller than 5.00 acres.
